About Abiding Hope

Our Mission

Throughout a long and painful season in her life, Linda Joyce Heaner experienced God's unending faithfulness in profound and surprising ways. This stirred a deep desire to lead other women to find abiding hope in God amidst their own circumstances. Following the Spirit's promptings, Abiding Hope Ministries was founded in 2008.

Our focus is on forming a personal, experiential knowing of God, rooted in His Word. Linda's love for Jesus, combined with her creative approaches to teaching, leading groups, and attentive listening help awaken hearts to seek and trust Jesus.

Abiding Hope Ministries is dedicated to encouraging women to slow down and be still in God's presence so they can learn to hear His voice and respond to His invitations. We invite you to partner with us as we pursue God-given opportunities to welcome women into His transforming presence.

Jesus is the Great Inviter.

He daily welcomes us into deeper relationship with Him.

Life is unpredictable, but Jesus is completely dependable.

He offers us peace, courage, and the most

boundless love we could ever know.

Jesus is our Abiding Hope.

Our Mission

Abiding Hope Ministries invites women to

hope-filled, life-transforming encounters with Jesus.

Our Vision

Ongoing spiritual transformation is

at the heart of Abiding Hope Ministries.

This transformation is a lifelong journey

as we learn to notice God's loving presence in

our daily lives, both as individuals and as a community.

When we respond to His gentle invitations,

He changes us from within.

This, in turn, impacts our relationships and our world.

"Spiritual transformation is the process by which

Christ is formed in us for the glory of God,

for the abundance of our own lives,

and for the sake of others."
